Amanda carries on our agency tradition of making sure that our clients understand their insurance coverage, and are well protected.

The Ostrove family has been in the insurance business since 1955. Jim Ostrove, upon moving to the Danbury, Connecticut area, joined MetLife in 1988. While there, he enjoyed a career as one of the top Account Representatives and then as Branch Manager of the local Danbury office. In 1998, Jim started Northern Fairfield Insurance after realizing that the only way to meet the insurance needs of his clients and remain competitive was to offer products through many different insurance companies, something that can only be done as an independent agent. By maintaining the philosophy of working for each individual client, we have become one of the fastest growing independent agencies in the Danbury area.
Our mission is to build lasting client relationships based on a level of trust that is earned through wise counsel, positive results, clear and candid communication, and service that exceeds expectations.
